In preparation for the lighting ceremony, specific parking restrictions will be enforced around Plaza del Adelantado and along the right side of the streets between Magistrado Campo Llarena and José Clavijo y Fajardo. These restrictions will apply to all vehicles, with the exception of taxis and those with special authorization. Additionally, traffic will be rerouted in this area, particularly on Santo Domingo Street, with diversions established along Molinos de Agua, Padre Herrera, and Quinteras Streets to ensure a smooth flow of movement.

Starting at 6:00 AM on Saturday, parking will be strictly prohibited in several key areas, including Marqués de Celada Candilas, Los Bolos, and various other streets leading into the town center. Furthermore, traffic will be halted and redirected from 7:00 AM on certain stretches of roads such as Adelantado, El Pozo, and others, including the plazas of Junta Suprema and San Cristóbal. The removal will also extend to terraces in Doctor Olivera and Fray Albino plazas on the evening of November 29th.
